Neil's ceramics are constructed from wheel thrown and slab-built sections. Influenced by contemporary dance, Neil aims to convey the space in which dance is created rather than depict a particular movement or gesture. Exploring the relationship between vessel and rim, the distinction between them has become blurred, almost ambiguous.
